Former radio and TV presenter Oscar Pambuka has been spared from serving a jail time of 6 years he was initially charged.
The 6 years was then reduced to 3 years and the Mbare magistrate has also suspended the 3 years.
It has been noted that Pambuka did not directly benefited from this crime and has also showed good behaviour as he also has another case.
Pambuka was charged for duping a client whilst impersonating the manager of Croco motors
Many had initially called the sentence very harsh and there was a public out cry for his sentence to be reduced
