Doctor Phophi Ramathuba has finally apologized to the patient she once insulted.
She had earlier said she is right in all she said about Zimbabweans and will not apologize to Zimbabweans or anyone.
Earlier the health MEC in Limpopo Dr Phophi Ramathuba said that foreigners and illegal immigrants should be paying for Healthcare Services they receive in South Africa while confronting a Zimbabwean woman taking surgical treatment in Limpopo.
