High Court judge, Justice Amy Tsanga has nullified a will purportedly drafted by the late socialite and businessman Genius “Ginimbi” Kadungure, and giving the late socialite’s friend the right to take one of his top-of-the-range cars.

This comes after Genius’ father, Anderson Kadungure and his sisters Juliet and Neria approached the High Court seeking a review of the Master of High Court’s decision to accept the unsigned document as his son’s will.

The Kadungure family also sought the removal of one Patricia Darangwa as the executor of the late socialite’s estate, where she was also benefiting.

The alleged will bequeathed Ginimbi’s top of the range vehicle a Lamborghini to one of his friends only identified as Kit-Kat.

The late socialite owned a mansion in Domboshava, a company and several top of range vehicles.

Justice Tsanga ruled in favour of the Kadungure family, which will now take over Ginimbi’s estate.

The Judge also ruled that the Master of High Court shall convene another meeting to appoint a new executor.

Ginimbi died on the 8th of November in 2020 in road traffic accident.
