“Police officer” arrested by Prison guards for trying to initiate marriage for a girl aged 14 in Uzumba yesterday.
It is alleged that the police offer was paid by the man who wanted to marry the young girl. However, the villagers couldn’t let that happen and the only option they had was to tip off the prison guards who were close to that area. This led to the arrest of the bogus police officer
